1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of furnished apartments offered by Rentify Living.
By submitting a booking request or staying in one of our apartments, you agree to these Terms.


2. Booking Process

  • All bookings are by request only and subject to availability and confirmation.

  • After submitting your inquiry, our team will contact you to confirm apartment availability, rental period, and total cost.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the rental agreement is signed and the required payment(s) are received.


3. Minimum Stay

  • The minimum rental period is one (1) month.

  • Extensions beyond the original booking are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing at least two weeks before the end of the current rental period.


4. Payments & Deposit

  • Payment terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.

  • A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided there are no damages or unpaid balances.

  • Rent payments are accepted via bank transfer or other approved methods communicated by Rentify Living.


5. Included in Rent

Unless otherwise stated, the monthly rent includes:

  • Fully furnished apartment

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Electricity allowance: 75 kWh/month

  • Water allowance: 10 mÂł/month

  • Building common expenses and maintenance

Any usage above the included limits will be billed separately based on actual meter readings.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing 3 weeks before the start of the rental period.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the terms stated in your rental agreement.

  • Rentify Living reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit if the cancellation occurs too close to the move-in date or after occupancy begins.


8. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in and check-out times will be coordinated individually with each tenant.

  • Late check-out requests are subject to approval and availability.

  • The apartment must be returned in the same condition as received, with all keys and access cards returned.


9. Tenant Responsibilities

  • The tenant must use the apartment responsibly and comply with all building rules and local laws.

  • Smoking and pets are not permitted in any apartment.

  • The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

  • Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the tenant.


10. Maintenance & Support

  • Rentify Living provides maintenance support during working hours.

  • In case of urgent issues (e.g., water leak, electricity failure), tenants should contact the provided emergency number immediately.

  • Repairs will be arranged as quickly as possible.


11. Liability

Rentify Living is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to tenants’ personal belongings

  • Temporary interruptions of utilities or services beyond our control

  • Accidents or injuries occurring in or around the property caused by misuse or negligence


12. Termination of Agreement

Rentify Living reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Illegal activities on the premises

  • Non-payment of rent or deposit

In such cases, no refund will be provided.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
