We usually reply within 24 hours.

The minimum rental period is one month.
Unlike traditional apartments, you can rent our fully furnished units for as short as 1 month, with the option to extend your stay easily if needed.

Your monthly rent includes:

  • Fully furnished apartment

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Electricity allowance: 75 kWh/month

  • Water allowance: 10 m³/month

  • Building maintenance & common expenses

 

No hidden costs — everything you need is included in one monthly payment.

Unfortunately, pets are not currently allowed in our apartments.
This policy helps us maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each unit for all tenants.

Regular cleaning is not included in the base rent.
However, you can request our optional weekly cleaning service for €40/visit — it includes vacuuming, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, and linen change.

Simply fill out the contact form on our website or send us an email with your preferred dates.
Once we receive your request, we’ll:

  1. Confirm availability

  2. Send you rental details and terms

  3. Arrange a viewing or booking confirmation

  1. Extensions are subject to availability, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
    Please contact our team at least one week before your rental period ends to confirm if the apartment is available for the following month.
    Once confirmed, your stay can be easily extended with a simple renewal process.

You can reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required before move-in.
The amount depends on the duration of your stay and will be clearly stated in your rental agreement.
The deposit is fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Yes.
We can arrange an in-person or virtual viewing before you confirm your booking.
Simply mention it in your inquiry, and our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time.

We accept bank transfers and online payments for your convenience.
All payment details will be shared with you once your booking request is approved.

Yes, all our apartments come fully equipped — including bed linens, towels, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
You can move in comfortably without needing to bring any household items.

Our maintenance team is always ready to help.
If something needs repair or replacement, just contact our support team, and we’ll arrange for it to be fixed as soon as possible — usually within 24 hours.
